The Management has identified goals of the organisation and Quality Policy and Vision statements have been published. These are made available to individuals working in the organisation. Quality checks are placed at strategic locations of procurement and production steps. This ensures timely detection of any non-compliance and corrective steps are taken.
All products are thoroughly checked and inspected as QAT and FAT before dispatch to customer. Trained and experienced personnel are deputed to the customer site for installation, commissioning and special training to customers personnel. As the equipment is custom built customers are suggested with recommendations to ensure high OEE levels time and continuity in production process.
